Watch the video to learn which goals JCI aims to achieve by 2030.

The JCI Leipzig working group for entrepreneurship is mainly aimed at potential and existing founders as well as ambitious businesses who want to establish a stronger position on the market.

Thanks to the vast number of projects, members are given the chance to get involved and gain experience. The working group’s motto is: Engagement and Entrepreneurship for a healthy society.

The JCI Leipzig’s working group for entrepreneurship meets every third Thursday of the month at 19:30 at the pub and restaurant Schrebers on Aachener Strasse.

The working group for politics, education and social affairs functions in a very particular way i.e. as a bridge builder. These are bridges which point towards the future and connect the key social issues of politics, education and social affairs. In doing so, the work of this group is not limited to claims, warnings or suggestions.

Our work is about effective trade, which benefits all those involved. This is realised through projects, series of talks, training and through involvement in regional and national development.

Our working group meets – with some exceptions – always on the third Wednesday of the month at 18:00 in the pub and restaurant Lottenstein on Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse 63 in Leipzig.

WirtschaftstreffThe monthly meeting, which takes place on every first Thursday of the month, is JCI Leipzig’s key event. At this meeting, our organisation is comprehensively introduced for our guests and top-class speakers hold talks on business or cultural topics. Through these meetings, we have learnt about time management, crowdfunding, nutrition, combining career, family and voluntary work, and the Wagner Year. The business meeting usually ends with a relaxed round of networking and exchange.

The working group for communication is responsible for the internal and external communication of the JCI Leipzig. This includes working with the press, public relations, the creation of advertising material, communicating with members via newsletter or social media and the organisation of local events. This working group therefore supports JCI Leipzig and other working groups in terms of organisation, content and strategy.

The working group always meets together with the international working group on the second Monday of the month at 19:00 in different locations. Anybody interested in taking part is very welcome to come along.
